• Do I need an account? Yes, but not straight away. Hart works the moment you open it, and asks you to add an email address and a password after the short setup. That does not create a second account — the email is added to the one you have already been using, so nothing you wrote is lost.
• I forgot my password. We cannot reset it for you yet. Hart has no way to send you a reset email at the moment, which means a forgotten password cannot be recovered and the account behind it cannot be reached again. We know this is bad and it is the next thing being fixed. Until then, please keep your password somewhere safe.
• I deleted the app. Your account is still there. Reinstall Hart and sign in with your email address and password, and everything comes back.
• Can I use Hart on a second device? Yes — install it and sign in with the same email address and password.
• How do I delete my data? In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. That permanently removes your profile, itineraries, saves, planned dates, memories and photos. See the privacy policy for exactly what goes.
• The app is stuck loading or says it can't reach my account. Hart reads everything from its server and has no offline mode, so this is usually connectivity. Check your connection, then pull to refresh, or use Profile → Reload from server.
• Someone sent me a Hart but the link opens in Safari. That is the web version of the itinerary and it works fine. If you have the app installed and want it to open there instead, make sure you are on the latest version.
• Who can see the Harts I write? Only you, unless you publish one. Each Hart has a Who can see this setting, private by default, and you can change it whenever you like. Publishing includes the stops — their addresses and your notes on them — so check those before you do.
• Someone is behaving badly. What do I do? Open their profile from the itinerary they wrote and use Report or Block. Blocking works both ways, so neither of you can accept the other's invitations afterwards. You can also email us at the address above.
• Is Hart a dating app? No. There is no matching between people and no way to browse other users — only itineraries, and plans you make with someone you already know.

Hart requires iPhone running iOS 18 or later, and an internet connection.
